On our drive from Markleysburg, PA to Jacksonville, FL, Kristin and I listened to the book, Celebrities for Jesus by Katelyn Beaty. We borrowed the audiobook from the library.

Here are some additional thoughts of mine as I listened to this book.
- A preacher is not necessarily a pastor.
- A preacher can’t be a pastor to a large group.
- We need more pastors who truly shepherd their flock.
- We need more scholars who teach, not preach.
- Most popular preachers have more entrepreneurship than scholarship.
- A preacher who feels the need to broadcast himself/herself to multi-sites seems narcissistic to me.
